Hello!

Hello everybody! I’m Ryan, I’m 17, and I want to lose my extra weight. Calorie Count says I’m just a few pounds away from Obese, and I’m going to try and keep that from happening. I’ll be using Calorie Count to track my weight and calorie intake.

Starting Weigh-In: 217.8 lbs
First Goal: 200 lbs
Final Goal Weight: 177 lbs
Goal Date: February 14, 2009 (Calculated by Calorie Count. Just luck it happens to be on Valentines Day!)

I’m probably going to be jogging and geocaching a lot to get this weight off.
