Okay, I’ve been sick for a week now. I think I’m finally over this, just a slight cough, but nothing that liquids can’t fix
Unfortunately, my diet/exercise didn’t happen, so I’ve gained some weight back…
Starting Weight: 217.8
Goal Weight: 200
Last Week Weight: 216.0
Current Weight: 217.2
Weekly Weight Change: +1.2 lbs.
Total Weight Change: -0.6 lbs.
The weight trend is off, as I haven’t been weighing myself enough. It’ll be back next week! Now that I’m over this cold enough, I’m going to start running again, and watching what I eat! If you fall off the horse, get right back on it…
