Thanks for the comments guys. It’s good to know that I’ve got support now. My family (mostly my dad) isn’t helping too much. KFC one night and Mac and Cheese the next. They know I’m on a diet! ARGH. At least I’m controlling my portions. Usually I’d have 2-3 bowls of mac and cheese. I only had one, and a salad later. I’ll tell you, it’s a lot harder than I thought.
Colin: I did start out slow. I started out at a casual walk for the warmup, then up to a brisk walk, then power walking before I got into the jogging. I’m not ready for endurance training yet. I’ll stick to interval training for now.
John: I did get the login, just don’t know what to do for my first post. Yeah, I’ve learned that you have to slowly go at it. If you go at it like a mad man, you’ll just get tired, and not see results and quit. I’m trying to go at a steady pace, but I’m having to control my wanting to push myself until it’s too much.
